Order Cancellation
Cancellation may be made in the following cases:
1.Before completing the order during the online ordering process you can press the button "Cancel" which is on your screen. Clicking on it automatically stops ordering process.
2.If you have completed the online order but we have not yet shipped the product you can call 212 1012 412 and we will take care of cancelling your order.
Product Returns
After receiving the product, call us at 212 1012 412 or form of withdrawal or contact us via the "Contact" . We will serve you directly and let you know all your options.
If for some reason you're not satisfied with the items you received you are given the option to return them. You can return them within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Products used,processed will not be reimbursed. Products accepted for making refunds are when the item is in it's original condition as received with original packing accesories(boxes in same condition like new with packing protection) .
For hygienic reasons swimwear and lingerie are not refundable and not changed.
Returns products and money will not be accepted for hygienic reasons for the following items:
- Hosiery
- Underwear
- Swimwear
Please note that, defective parts or different from the order form will be returned at our cost. To return them you must use a company mail (courier) that we will advise you.
In all other cases, the cost of return-replacemed is payable by you (Customer).
For Non EU Countries Any Customs Fees Are Covered By The Customer.
